The most efficient way to get scouted is to apply on our website via our 'Join The Family' section. This will go directly to our new faces department.
You must follow the following guidelines presented to avoid any errors with your application. We will only accept JPG/JPEG or PNG files, and must each be 20MB or less. You will need to submit three photographs: head shot, profile shot and full frontal length shot.
We want to see the natural you, so refrain from wearing any make-up, glasses, jewellery, or anything else that covers your features, any applications not following these guides will be automatically withdrawn.
Keep your facial expression and body language natural; no smiles or pouts, natural hair behind your ears, and a straight posture. Avoid wearing clothes that are baggy, or anything that covers your neck/jawline.
Avoid any enhancements to your photos (including filters, digital enhancements like lighting effects or colour adjustments).
We don't require professional studio photos or photos of past work at this stage.
Another effective way to get scouted is to include the hashtag #ScoutMeAMA in your social media uploads. There is no limit on the amount of times you can do this. You can include the hashtag in Selfies, Polaroids, Professional shots, Videos etc. Please ensure your posts clearly show your face. This gives you a chance to be seen by a wider range of our team. Please avoid tagging us in your photos unless you are signed to our agency.
You can also keep an eye on our other social media platforms such as Twitter and Facebook, we sometimes spontaneously do 'Drop your polaroid' posts. This is a quick and easy way to be seen.
